Submit this form to request deletion of your Alkali Data account and personal data. We process requests within 7 business days and email you once your account is removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone, password.
  • Saved beneficiaries and preferences.
  • Referral data linked to your account.

What we must keep

Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Nigerian financial and tax regulations. These records are anonymised where possible.
